RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cofitelonline.com order, please return items within 30 DAYS of receipt.
We'll happily accept the return or exchange of unused or non defective items.
Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt / invoice.
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.
Returns are accepted through the mail.
Unfortunately, you cannot return merchandise bought through cofitelonline at cofitel stores and vice versa.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

If the return is a result of our error, please contact customer service at 1-704-567-9992 and we will issue a credit for the return shipping charges.

Due to the limited quantities of merchandise, the item(s) you wish to exchange may no longer be available.
We suggest you place a new order of item(s) and return the unwanted item(s) for a refund.
We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.
If you have requested an exchange, you will receive an email detailing the availability of the item(s) and its shipping status.
Items available in stock will be shipped approximately 48 to 72 hours to the shipping address on your invoice.
If the item(s) was sent to you as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original credit card used for the payment.

No additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred with exchanges.

Most returns are processed within ten days of receipt in our stores.
We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed.
FINAL SALES : All sales of cosmetics, jewelry, accessories and items marked as "SALE" and "CLEARANCE" are final.
FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.

USING YOUR OWN SHIPPING METHOD

You can send items back to us at the address below using any other trackable shipping method.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return or exchange.
Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
